Basalt roving.

Made from basalt continuous fibers, which are formed into compact filaments. From different compositions of the compact filaments is produced basalt roving.

Fields of use:

-                     Basalt technical products;

-                     Rods and chopped reinforcement for concrete;

-                     Woven and non-woven fabrics and materials;

-                     Braiding for basalt insulation twist, etc.

Twisted basalt thread.

It is based on basalt continuous fibers.

Technical features: leaner density – 330 tex. twisting – 2.5 S (80+/ -10), breaking load – 105 N.

Fields of use:

-                     Full substitute of special glass fiber threads for high acid resistance request;

-                     Heat resistance, non-toxicity and elastic structure raw material for producing woven and                     non-woven technical fabrics and materials;

-                     Filler for reinforcement polymer composites with low water absorption and high dielectric                   parameters.
